The bad news is that I do not accept refunds for my merchandise unless it hasn’t been shipped yet. The good news is that I will do store credit, or an exchange for a similar item of value, or if you’d like something of greater value, I can send you a bill for the difference. Nonetheless, I will try to make it right if it’s a slight size issue. If the size is slightly off, in some cases I can fix the problem, but due to the type of bezels that I make, the stones are nearly impossible to remove without damage, therefore, I don’t offer to resize, unless it’s slightly too small. In that case, for rings, I can hone out the inside slightly to accommodate more space. I do my best to provide a size that is accurate and true. I suggest visiting your local jeweler to determine your size, before purchasing. If you have any questions, feel free to ask.
