Ready-to-ship items, such as this ring, are generally shipped out the next day, FREE, using USPS with the fastest and most economic speed, during normal business hours, which for me is M-F 9 am-5 pm., and sometimes Saturday during post office hours. The bad news is that I do not accept refunds for my merchandise unless it hasn’t been shipped yet. The good news is that I will do store credit, or an exchange for a similar item of value, or if you’d like something of greater value, I can send you a bill for the difference. Nonetheless, I will try to make it right if it’s a slight size issue. If the size is slightly off, in some cases I can fix the problem, but due to the type of bezels that I make, the stones are nearly impossible to remove without damage, therefore, I don’t offer to resize, unless it’s slightly too small. In that case, for rings, I can hone out the inside slightly to accommodate more space. I do my best to provide a size that is accurate and true. I suggest visiting your local jeweler to determine your size, before purchasing. If you have any questions, feel free to ask.
