How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

To cancel an order, you must contact me before the item has been shipped. If you would like to change or add to your order, contact me as well. I will generally respond right away, usually within 24 hours, prior to shipment.

Do I need an account to place an order?

Yes. In order to detour spam, we ask that an account be created. You can do so while checking out.

How Do I Track My Order?

You will receive tracking information to the email provided when a shipping label is created.

How Can I Return a Product?

We don’t offer refunds or returns once the item has shipped. If you’d like a refund, please do so before the item has shipped. Contact me within four hours if you’d like to receive a refund.
