Made to Order Items, such as this ring, are generally shipped 3-4 weeks after purchase, FREE, using USPS with the fastest and most economical speed, during normal business hours, which for me is M-F 9 am-5 pm., and sometimes Saturday during post office hours. The bad news is that I do not accept refunds for my merchandise. The good news is that I will do store credit, or an exchange for a similar item of value, or if you’d like something of greater value, I can send you a bill for the difference. Nonetheless, I give a satisfaction guarantee! I can resize rings within a reasonable distance from the original size for a small fee. Contact me if you need resizing.
