Return Period: Returns may be accepted within 14 days of receipt of the purchased item(s) as long as the product has not been opened or used.
Exceptions: Some products are not subject to the right of withdrawal, such as personalized products, products that have been opened or used, or gift certificates that were purchased on the website. Gift certificates may not be redeemable for cash either.
Return Procedure:Contact Me to be briefed on the process and to obtain a return address if you don’t have the original packaging.
Return Costs: The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
Refunds: We do not allow refunds for merchandise purchased though the website, unless the product is damaged upon arrival. In that case, we will first seek an insurance claim through the shipping service used to ship the item. We also offer store credit which can be used on other items on the website.
Exchange policy: We offer an exchange policy, which allows you to exchange a product for another of equal or greater value within 14 days of your purchase.
